@mmitche what's up with the versioning why are there 1.0.0 versions that are newer than 5.0.0? The 1.0.0-beta.20302.3 release that this PR uses is from 6 days ago. I am just trying to understand what is happening. |

The tooling repos should be on the 3.x version of the arcade SDK, rather than the 5.0 version. |

Now I am even more confused 😁 The PR downgrades to 1.0.0, and the Arcade.SDK does not have any 3.0.0 version in the feed. Is 3.x an internal version? Where can I see it? |

Sorry, the 3.x version of arcade is 1.0. 3.x is the .NET Core version, but this was the first version of arcade. In 5 we aligned the versions. |
